They went with haste to see the new born king, lying in a manger and they were amazed. Like the old man on the street corner in the song lyrics, the shepherds went immediately to tell others about the change in their lives since they had met the Savior. If everyone who receives this "new life" in exchange for the "old" would tell others the "good tidings of great joy" would spread globally.
